These qualifications are design to provide TECHNICAL SKILLS to the trainees, which will enable them to become an Entrepreneur or work in any of the major departments of Hospitality and Tourism establishments. Hence, emphasis is given more on Practical to achieve these skills. Experiential learning is of paramount component of the qualifications as it enables students to integrate both practical and theoretical skills.
